Documentation Requirements

To complete your application for a room at Life Long Housing, please provide the following documentation:

1. Proof of Income

Two (2) most recent pay stubs: These should reflect your current earnings and be dated within the last 30 days.
Alternatively, if you are self-employed or do not receive pay stubs, you may submit a recent official hire letter from your employer outlining your employment status, job title, and current salary or hourly wage in place of pay stubs.

2. Identification

A clear and legible copy of a government-issued photo identification card or driver’s license. This is required to verify your identity.

Please ensure that all documents are current, complete, and legible. Incomplete or outdated documents may delay the processing of your application.
